Ensuite to Wet Room.
By far the best trades company I've ever worked with, I'm 57!. From start to finish, excellent comms with Raz and the quality of work from him and Sean was excellent. They transformed an aging 22 year old ensuite to a modern wet room that looks stunning. They took care of everything, all we did was make selections from items he sourced.
Contacted 3 companies on Check-a-Trade, Raz was the first to answer, the first to visit and the first to quote. He is extremely dedicated to his business and one of the most honest hard working men I've met.
There was no need for haggling on price, the original estimate from WhatsApp images was less than £500 from the final bill - plus we even upgraded the radiator at the end as some over ordered tile panels were returned for credit. Value for money and quality.
Images show the "before" shower, they created so much space with the work.
One slight problem but rectified in less than 24hrs, things can always go wrong - it's how they are dealt with that counts.
Highly recommended.

Highly recommended – reliable, professional and genuinely helpful. I cannot recommend Raza from RT Plumbers Ltd highly enough.

Our radiator fell off the wall early this morning, which was obviously stressful and needed sorting quickly. I called Raza and he was immediately polite, professional, calm and attentive. He talked me through what I could do straight away to make the situation safe, then asked me to send photographs so he could properly assess the issue and give further advice.

Despite already having had a very busy day, Raza attended our property at 7pm, fixed the radiator securely back to the wall, reconnected it and got everything working again. He was professional throughout, clearly knew exactly what he was doing, and was also genuinely lovely company while he was here.

It is rare to find someone who is responsive, reliable, knowledgeable and prepared to go the extra mile — especially in an emergency. If you are in Fulwood, Preston or the surrounding areas and need a plumber you can trust, particularly in an urgent situation, I would not hesitate to call RT Plumbers Ltd.

Thank you, Raza — fantastic service from start to finish. Highly recommended.

RT Plumber did good work (repaired modern dual flush toilet that was running).
He arrived at the agreed time on the next day.
He charged the pre-agreed price for the job (no extra charges).
Reliable and trustworthy.

Reliable, professional, on time, clean and tidy. RT Plumbers attended to do 2 jobs for me, one was not needed as I had got it wrong and they explained to me there wasn't an issue. The price reflected this and the lesser amount was charged, so their honesty is highly commendable.

They completed the job quickly and professionally, no issues since work was done and I highly recommend RT Plumbers.

Razza identifed the source of a bathroom leak and repaired it efficiently and with a good finish. He was polite, considerate and friendly. He deserves all the 5* reviews.
